People seem to feel more obligated to letting people in to their home virtually now and you have absolutely no obligation to allow it.

Set Short-term Goals

Right now it’s difficult to set long term goals because we don’t know what’s going to happen long term. So switch to setting short term goals. Setting easily achieved daily goals keeps momentum going and makes you feel accomplished. It could be something as simple as going through some documents that are cluttering your desk. Just focus on here and now.

Laugh When You Can

Watch funny movies, Facetime your friend that’s always positive or read a funny book. It’s important to remember that this is all temporary. So make the best of it and keep a good mindset. It’s better for everyone to be isolated and in a good mood than isolated and in a bad one.

Seek Advice
